    Welcome to the Applied Neuroscience Society of Australasia (ANSA) Member Forum! To ensure a productive and respectful environment, we ask that all members adhere to the following rules:

    1. Content: Please only use this Forum for professional exchange on all matters of applied neuroscience, neuromodulation, neurofeedback. We welcome information and resource sharing, questions and collegial networking.
    2. Classifieds: Members wishing to share resources including products, training and services relevant to the ANSA community may post such information once per month. Only services, products or events related to brain function, health, neuroscience, biofeedback , assessment and/or treatment are able to be shared on this Forum. For such posts, the subject line MUST begin with the word: “Advertisement”.
    3. Confidentiality:
      1. Member privacy: Forum postings are not permitted to be forwarded to anyone outside of the subscribed users;
      2. Client privacy: if seeking specific consultation advice or referral options for a specific client, this Forum is not the appropriate place. 4. Forum etiquette:
      1. Know your audience: Please consider whether your post will add to the discussion in an informative way that will be of value to others, or whether it is best to send it privately. Please refrain from posting administrative messages “thank you,” “me too”, “remove me from the list” or personal comments that are directed only to the individual who sent the email. Before you send your message, check the “To:” field to determine if your message is addressed to the whole list or just the sender of the email.
      2. Use the subject line: Make the subject line descriptive so that recipients have a flavour of the message from glancing at the subject line, and can search archives by subject.
      3. Respect and courtesy: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. 7. Defamation: Do not post defamatory content on the Forum. Members are reminded that defamation laws in Australia prohibit the publication of false statements that harm the reputation of individuals or organizations. Be cautious in discussing legal, business, or personal matters. If unsure, seek moderator approval before posting. All members are personally responsible for the content they share and may be held liable for any defamatory material. This includes:
      1. False claims or accusations about other members, individuals, or entities;
      2. Any unsubstantiated statements that could damage someone's reputation.
    8. Copyright: Users may not post information or other material that is protected by copyright or use any words, logos, or other marks that would infringe upon a trademark or other intellectual property rights without permission of the owners.
    9. Moderation: ANSA reserves the right to moderate discussions, remove posts, or suspend members who violate the rules or ethical guidelines.
